Your details, handled plainly.

When you send a commission request, I receive what you type into the form: your name, your email address, and your answers about layout, budget, switch feel, sound and build details. If you email me directly, I receive whatever you include in that email.

The site doesn’t use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or accounts. Nothing is stored in your browser.

Only to reply to you, plan and quote your build, keep you updated while I work on it, and arrange delivery. I won’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing you didn’t ask for.

A few services keep the site and my inbox running, and they handle your details only to do that job:

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes the form. Like any web host, it sees basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and block abuse. Resend delivers your form submission to my inbox. Zoho hosts my email, where your request and our conversation are kept. The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser asks Google’s servers for them.

If we go ahead with a build, your shipping details go to the carrier, and payment details go to the payment provider we use. I never see or store full card numbers.

The Instagram and TikTok links take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.

I keep our emails and your build details for as long as they’re useful for your commission and any support afterwards, and as long as I need records for taxes and accounting. If a request doesn’t turn into a build, I delete it when it’s no longer needed.

You can ask me what I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, unless I have to keep a record for legal or tax reasons. Email hello@yorufoundry.com and I’ll take care of it personally.

This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their information.

If how I handle your details changes, for example if I add analytics or a new service, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
