WHY YORU

Small by design. Personal on purpose.

The goal is not to carry the most products or move the most units. It is to translate a customer's taste into an object that feels considered, personal, and built with the kind of attention I would demand for myself.

01

Direct to the builder

You are speaking with the same person researching, selecting, assembling, tuning and testing the build. The details do not get lost between departments.

02

Your taste, curated

You do not need to know every switch, plate or mount. Tell me what you want to hear and feel, and I will help translate that into the right technical choices.

03

Visible process

I want customers to understand what is being done and why. The work at the bench is part of the value, not something hidden behind a product page.

04

Obsessive QC

A build is not done because it powers on. Stabilizers, sound consistency, feel, connectivity, firmware, fit and finish all get a final pass.

05

No forced upsell

The most expensive component is not always the best component. Budget should go where it materially improves the experience you actually want.

06

Built to last

I will not recommend a modification that creates avoidable risk to the PCB or compromises reliability just to chase a short-term effect.

THE PROMISE

I want you to feel the effort before you notice the price.

When you receive a Yoru Foundry commission, I want the first impression to be that the build was given real attention — not rushed toward a margin. The goal is to translate an idea in your head into something you can touch, feel, hear, and want to keep using even when it is completely unnecessary to do so.
